- We provide felony & misdemeanor criminal record checks for all searches in all states whether the search is for a county or is a statewide repository search
Georgia Criminal Record Searches
- We provide Georgia GCIC record checks listing all arrests and convictions for over 35 years as well as sex offender records and notice of criminal records in other states if the applicant has a record in GA
- We call the county records department anytime an arrest does not have a disposition when the charge would disqualify the applicant for employment or when there is a warrant issued in GA
- We check the spelling of the name against the GA motor vehicle system
- We check the name and/or social security number against a credit header any time the information provided is not clear
- We call our clients for clarification if there is any question about the request
- We process all searches received by 4:00 pm and process remaining searches the following morning for return that same day
- We return clear records for GA by 9:00 am followed shortly by conviction records after review
- We receive consent forms via fax, e-mail, or the web and the results are sent or posted to our web site
- We also provide paperless systems and connect on line with other HR staffing programs
- We enter requests for the majority of our clients however some clients prefer to enter requests through our web site, their choice
